THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' (BSP) auction of 28-day securities on Friday was undersubscribed with total tenders of just P106.495 billion against the P190 billion on offer.
Bids for the one-month papers were about "0.56x the volume offered," central bank Deputy Governor Francisco Dakila Jr. said in a statement.
