BAGUIO CITY: The city government and the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. (BFFFI) are all set for the 26th edition of the Baguio Flower Festival, popularly known as the Panagbenga, that is expected to draw domestic and foreign tourists.

BFFFI chief of staff Evangeline Payno said it is all systems go for the grand opening parade on February 1, which will be joined by street dancers from various schools and cultural groups.
