COMBINED elements of the 112th Marine Company and the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Turtle Islands seized a foreign vessel and a local vessel for illegally unloading 400,000 liters of diesel in Turtle Islands, Tawi-Tawi on January 28.
BGen. Romeo Racadio, Commander of Joint Task Force Tawi-Tawi, said on Tuesday that personnel from the Taganak Municipal Police Station received information stating that an illegal loading of diesel is being undertaken in Lihiman Island, Taganak.
