(UPDATE) AN official of the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) on Friday said that there is no oversupply of tomatoes in Nueva Vizcaya despite the dumping incident in the province where hundreds of kilos of farm produce were discarded in a vacant lot.

In an interview with The Manila Times, BPI Information Division Officer in Charge Jose Diego Roxas added that the tomatoes came from other provinces and were delivered at the trading post of Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Trading (NVAT).
