EMBATTLED Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago hit back at groups opposed to the Trusted Operator Program-Container Registry and Monitoring System (TOP-CRMS) and defended his earlier statement that it could bring down logistics and shipment costs.
Santiago claimed that the custom brokers group against TOP-CRMS is scaring the people by bloating logistics costs.
