ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Philippine Navy rescued dozens of passengers and crewmen of a motor launch that encountered engine trouble off the southern province of Basilan, officials said Tuesday.
Officials said all passengers and crew members of M/L Sulna were safe and accounted for and are now in Zamboanga City.
