The Malampaya gas field is operated through SC 38 granted to the consortium of Prime Energy Resources Development B.V. (Prime Energy) UC38LLC and state firm Philippine National Oil Co.-Exploration Corp.
Lucci said the consortium remains committed to ensure gas supply from the depleting Malampaya gas field.
