THE 83-man search and rescue team deployed by the Philippine government to Turkey has arrived safely in Istanbul Thursday noon.
Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Joint Information Center head Diego Agustin Mariano said the plane carrying the team landed at 12:08 p.m, Philippine time, onboard Turkish Airways flight TK85.
