THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is considering implementing "mall voting" in the 2025 elections.
This will be pilot tested in at least five undisclosed malls within Metro Manila for the Barangay (village) and Sangguniang Kabataan (youth council) or BSK polls on Oct. 30, 2023, according to Comelec Chairman George Edwin Garcia
