Germany, UK denounce China harassment

(UPDATE) GERMANY, Denmark, and the United Kingdom joined other countries in expressing serious concern over the harassment of a Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) vessel by a Chinese Coast Guard (CCG) ship in the South China Sea.
