METRO Pacific Investments Corp. unit Metro Pacific Agro Ventures (MPAV) has partnered with an Israeli firm to build the biggest greenhouse facility in the Philippines.
MPAV sealed the agreement with Innovative Agriculture (Agro) Industry Ltd., an affiliate of Israel's LR Group. The Metro Pacific Fresh Farms (MPFF) venture, aimed at boosting food security in the country and bringing down prices, broke ground on Monday, February 20.
