THE Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is set to inaugurate three port projects in March.
Dubbed "3-on-03-23," the new port projects will dramatically change the landscape of passenger and terminal port operations in Masbate, Calapan in Oriental Mindoro, and Coron in Palawan.
