LEGAZPI CITY: The unfavorable weather condition and dangerous terrain hampered anew the efforts of search and rescue teams to reach the crash site of a Cessna plane near the crater of Mayon Volcano, Camalig Mayor Carlos "Caloy" Irwin Baldo Jr., ground commander of search and rescue mission, said on Wednesday.

Baldo said that the summit of the restive volcano was shrouded by clouds causing zero visibility, prompting rescuers to abort the climb.
