AN official of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday announced that the automated Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on Oct. 30, 2023 will be pilot-tested in at least three areas.
These are the villages of Poblacion in Makati City, Paliparan 3 in Dasmariñas, Cavite, and Pasong Tamo in Quezon City, Comelec spokesman Johnrex Laudingco said.
