TODAY marks the start of an effort to turn the tide of history which many Filipinos do not realize has already been long in the making for their national tragedy. At the Pandesal Forum of the Kamuning Bakery Café, a small group will be meeting to discuss the approval by President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' R. Marcos Jr. of the four additional 'agreed locations' inside bases of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in which under the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) America will enjoy unhindered deployment of troops and war armaments. No name yet has been issued for the group or what specific action it plans to make. The invitation to participants is for them to merely take part in the discussion and in whatever subsequent action will be decided on at the forum.
