The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) met anew with officials of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to seek funding assistance for Phase 1 of the Laguna Lakeshore Road Network (LLRN) project.
Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan said the detailed engineering design of the multi-billion project is nearing completion, and that the DPWH is seeking funding from financial institutions to get the LLRN started.
