INFLATION could slow further after February saw an easing to 8.6 percent from January's 14-year high of 8.7 percent, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) said.

"There is a significant chance that headline inflation may have reached the peak already, and succeeding prints will be lower moving forward," the Ayala-led bank said in a report.
