LPA likely to enter PH this weekend – Pagasa

THE circulation outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) will likely develop into a low pressure area (LPA) which may enter the country on Sunday, the state-run weather agency said on Friday.

According to weather forecaster Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the northeast monsoon locally known as 'amihan' is affecting Luzon, including Metro Manila.
