CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: Members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued five Japanese citizens who were found drifting off the waters in this city in the early morning of Saturday.
In a post on its social media page, the PCG-Oriental Mindoro Station said that the Japanese were en route to Davao from Japan when their vessel, the MV Catriona, was accidentally damaged, causing the boat to list.
