A FAMILY of another "hazing" victim from the Tau Gamma Phi, the fraternity that has been linked to two previous deaths sought the help of the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) on Friday.
Marycarh Rabutazo, 42, of Sta. Cruz, Laguna, was accompanied by her older brother and met PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta at the agency's central office in Quezon City.
