ONE of the suspects in the killing of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo and eight others who was later gunned down during hot pursuit operations by the police just hours after the shooting incident has been identified by authorities.
The suspect was identified as Arnil Libradilla of Sitio Awang, Barangay Atotes in the town of Bindoy, Negros Oriental.
