A SERIES of raids conducted over the weekend by the Bureau of Customs and other government agencies yielded P120 million worth of suspected smuggled poultry and seafood products.

A team composed of personnel of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service at the Manila International Container Port (CIIS-MICP), Department of Agriculture-Inspectorate and Enforcement Office, National Meat Inspection Service, and Philippine Coast Guard raided seven warehouses and cold storage facilities in Navotas City to implement the Letters of Authority signed by Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio.
