VOTING 22-0-0, senators on Monday passed on third and final reading 17 measures including the bill prohibiting the imposition of the "no permit, no exam" policy.

SB 1359 or the proposed "No Permit, No Exam Prohibition Act" disallows private and public schools from barring students from taking examinations due to unpaid tuition and other school fees.
