PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has tasked the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to review an executive order meant for the efficient implementation of the Mandanas ruling, Secretary Amenah Pangandaman bared on Tuesday.
The instruction was given during Marcos' sectoral meeting with the Cabinet's economic cluster after it was determined that many local government units are "not yet prepared for full devolution."
