The Bureau of Customs (BoC) has arrested a foreigner carrying an undeclared $167,300 upon arrival in Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City.
In a statement on Wednesday, the bureau said the foreigner, identified as a Korean, was arrested last March 17, 2023. The identity of the passenger was withheld.
