Fausto said through the data coming from the Foreign Agricultural Service, 99 percent of the country's milk is being imported from New Zealand, Australia and the United States while India is the major importer of wheat.
With that, Fausto expressed his concern once an emergency happened as the country still depends on and imports from foreign countries some basic goods.
