THE National Water Resources Board (NWRB) on Wednesday gave assurances that the Angat Dam, which supplies 96 percent of Metro Manila's water needs, has enough water to last during the dry season.

"The Angat Dam water level is currently at 205 meters. In this situation, we think we have sufficient water supply during the dry season," NWRB Executive Director Sevillo David Jr. said in a radio interview, noting that the dam's water level is higher than the normal level of 192 meters.
