The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has released separate decisions against two companies for selling securities without the proper licenses.
One of the firms, Horizon Players Club including its head, Hector Pantrollana and its other business conduits, Philippine National Esports League, and Team Z, was issued a cease & desist order.
