MOST parts of the country will have another hot and humid day as there were almost no cloud clusters inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the weather agency said on Monday.
Weather forecaster Obet Badrina of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said there may be isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
