THE Ayala Group's energy platform, ACEN Corp., is acquiring around 26.10 percent of a solar subsidiary in order to ensure the continuation of ongoing projects.
ACEN signed a subscription agreement with wholly owned Santa Cruz Solar Energy Inc. for 49,997,367 common shares and 449,976,319 redeemable preferred shares for a total price of P4,999,736,860.00
