SEN. Robinhood Padilla on Friday announced that he is ready to present a draft committee report on the results of the public hearings he conducted on the proposed bid to amend the 1987 Constitution.
Padilla, who chairs the Senate Committee on Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes, presided over eight public hearings held in the Senate and in the cities of Baguio, Davao and Cebu.
