THE Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) on Wednesday announced the start of applications for grants of up to P1 million to startups.
"The grant shall provide support and incentives by bridging the gap in early stage funding, and as a goal, we offer this help to help and guide startups to be more investible," said DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy.
