A man allegedly tried to kill himself by jumping from the 5th floor of a building in Manila, police said on Thursday.
PMaj. Philipp Ines, Manila Police District spokesman, said Anthony Sy Ong, 43, jumped from the Weidue building. in Tondo at about 7:55 a.m.
