THE digital economy grew by 11 percent last year to P2.08 trillion and contributed 9.4 percent to gross domestic product (GDP), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Wednesday.

A year earlier it was worth P1.87 trillion and in 2020 it was also smaller at P1.73 trillion, PSA data showed.
