PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Precious Cabuya and Jaymark Rodelas ruled the obstacle course race (OCR) women's and men's divisions, respectively, on Saturday, May 6, at the Chroy Changvar Convention Center car park to give the Philippines two gold medals in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games.
