THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will push for the pilot testing of an early voting scheme for senior citizens and other vulnerable sectors in the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) even as the House of Representatives approved a measure for the same purpose.
Comelec spokesman John Rex Laudiangco said on Tuesday the commission was fully supportive of House Bill (HB) 7576, which was unanimously approved early this week.
