KYIV: Russia plans to relocate about 2,700 Ukrainian staff from the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, Ukraine's atomic energy company claimed on Wednesday, warning of a potential "catastrophic lack of qualified personnel" at Europe's largest nuclear facility in Russia-occupied southern Ukraine.
