THE National Book Development Board (NBDB), known for the Book Nook – a program where the agency sets up reading and storytelling spaces across the country, is kicking off the largest traveling book festival in the country with the Philippine Book Festival (PBF) on June 2, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on June 3 and 4 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
