THE Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) recorded an increase in air traffic that will help lure investments into the aviation complex.
"This is favorable to the CIAC's business development plans since we are tasked to lure in investments for the aviation complex," CIAC President Joshua Bingcang said in a statement released on Tuesday.
