Criminal liability of an accused in rape includes those of his co-conspirators

Dear PAO,If a girl was intoxicated and later sexually assaulted by a group of guys, all of whom had sexually gratified themselves by forcing themselves and taking turns at her, but only one of them has yet been arrested, can this guy be held liable too for the sexual assaults of his then companions? Even if the girl was intoxicated at the time, she was aware of what was going on; it was just that she really could not fight back because while each guy raped her, the others held her hands and legs down and covered her mouth, so she could not shout for help.
