Picadillo overload

Picadillo makes use of the humble giniling. Considered a staple in Filipino households, giniling makes it in the weekly grocery/palengke list and is part of the food rotation as well.

Also called minced or ground meat, this dish can use any minced meat, but typically pork giniling (ground pork) is used.
