VICE President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte on Friday has called on education stakeholders to "never dim the lights of inclusive education" by providing means to allow students to learn in the language that they understand.
In her speech at the Department of Education's Language and Inclusivity Summit held in Pasay City, Duterte said that basic education would only become "meaningful and effective" if inclusivity is being put at the heart and soul of the department's reforms and efforts to improve basic education.
