(UPDATE) PAGUDPUD, Ilocos Norte: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is not keen on revoking the franchise of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) even after lawmakers raised some security concerns over the Chinese ownership of the entity.
Speaking to reporters here, Marcos said "there has to be a good reason to withdraw" the franchise of the NGCP, the country's energy grid systems operator.
