JCI is transforming lives and helping underprivileged women get access to jobs in the bartending sector with its train-to-employment bartending program. "Mix-It-Up!" has already provided meaningful opportunities for two batches of students. They have been offered training that is designed to help them acquire new skills such as bartending techniques, bar management strategies, customer service skills, liquor knowledge, responsible serving practices and more.

This program has been an incredible success, with two out of the eight candidates from the first batch already getting employed less than a week after the 6-day workshop. This is proof that when you give underprivileged women an opportunity to work, they will thrive.
