CONTRARY to the article entitled "LTO contractor has poor record abroad," which appeared in the May 15, 2023 issue of The Manila Times, Dermalog Identification Systems GmbH, which operates the LTMS for the Land Transportation Office (LTO), has a stellar track record of accuracy and reliability in its foreign projects. The questionable motives in publishing the article is reinforced by the failure on the part of the Manila Times editorial staff to get its side. Dermalog now seeks to set the record straight and correct any misconceptions regarding its performance in overseas projects.
