Dear PAO,

My marriage with my estranged husband can be described as chaotic. He refused to find a job, and he prefers to be with his friends than to stay in our house. Our irreconcilable differences even persisted when I discovered that he had an illicit relationship with my best friend. These are the main reasons why we eventually separated. After my husband's affair with my best friend ended, he was again involved with a married woman. The latter is allegedly urging my husband to file a petition in court. Obviously, my husband is the problem, based on what I have narrated. Can a guilty spouse be allowed to file the mentioned petition in court?
