VENICE, Italy: From dry toilets to recovered water captured by air conditioners, the 18th International Architecture Exhibition at la Biennale di Venezia — also known as the Venice Architecture Biennale — in northern Italy is full of ideas on how to tackle climate change.

The exhibition, titled the "Laboratory of the Future," aims to offering "ideas, projects, ways of making, ways of thinking as a kind of gift to the audience," curator Lesley Lokko told Agence France-Presse (AFP).
