(UPDATE) THE Philippine Navy is getting more new modern ships and aircraft as part of its modernization program.
"There are many other modern ships of the Philippine Navy that will be arriving soon, not only ships but also aircraft," Rear Admiral Jose Ma. Ambrosio Ezpeleta, the Navy's chief of naval staff, said in a public briefing Monday.
