A COMPANY fronted by former Agriculture secretary Luis Lorenzo Jr. is investing up to $100 million or P5.5 billion to put up an engineered bamboo wood plant in Cagayan de Oro City.
Lorenzo, who invested in Rizome Philippines through subsidiary Bamboo Ecologic Export Corp., said the venture would bring in proprietary technology to the country.
