(UPDATE) SEN. Mark Villar, author of Senate Bill (SB) 2020 proposing the Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF), on Tuesday said the measure would be approved on third reading before Congress adjourns sine die on Friday, June 2, 2023.
"We have carefully studied and analyzed the MIF bill. We made revisions and added more safeguards to ensure that the version will benefit the Filipino people," Villar said.
